As the government end of year nears, so does the completion of the current JELA 3 agreement. Please review this newsletters for important updates and timeline for closing out this agreement and transitioning to JELA 4.

Current period of performance for the Adobe JELA ends September 29, 2024. Please work with your agency contract lead for renewal requirements.

Adobe MAX 2024

Adobe's Creativity Conference, MAX, is around the corner! MAX will be hosted from October 14-16, 2024 in Miami Beach at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Register here!

End of Support Notifications:

  • With the announcement of Acrobat Pro Classic now being available on FRL, customers are encouraged to migrate from Serial Number to FRL. Acrobat Pro Serial Numbers will no longer be available post September 2024 renewal and Acrobat Pro Classic 2020 will be End of Support June 01, 2025
  • CC23 will no longer be supported following Adobe MAX in October with the release of CC25 at Adobe MAX. See Long Term Support Versions table below for the latest N-1 support version for Creative Cloud until October 2024.
  • Adobe Products and Technical Support Periods outside of Creative Cloud available here

  • Adobe Stock: All Creative Cloud users on JELA have access to unlimited Standard Adobe Stock Assets. Check out the following page to learn how to provision FRL Creative Cloud Users with an Adobe Stock license. Learn more

Adobe Acrobat now has a simplified interface to help you quickly discover tools and complete your PDF tasks efficiently. Compared to your current interface, the new version is more intuitive and fluid and provides consistent experiences across all devices -- desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Support Case Reviews

The Creative Cloud and Acrobat Named Support Engineers (Blake Prowse and Michael Chavez) are eager to conduct Case Reviews with each of the JELA Agencies. This is an opportunity for you to understand and discuss existing Creative Cloud and Acrobat cases and identify trends.
