Access for Customers
The new users of Infor U Campus are required to create an account in Infor Concierge first before they can begin their education journey.
Having a Concierge account will help the customer to access their Infor U Campus account and the course simulations using Single-Sign-On (SSO) seamlessly.
Options for Creating an Account for Customers
- The individual users may sign-up for themselves in Infor Concierge and follow this self-registration instructions.
- The Infor Concierge Contact Administrator may create the account for new members.
- The user/s with an existing or have a different access level (Guest / Limited / Individual / Company / Company Comprehensive) in Concierge are required to Opt-in to activate the Infor U Campus account.
Access for Infor Partners
- Account creation requests for Infor Partner accounts can be made via the IPMx tool or by getting in touch with the administrator or Partner Managers.
- They can also send an email to IPNrequestForm@infor.com with their request.
Access for Infor Employees
Access for all Infor employees is enabled automatically via HCM, based on the person's start date. The email address is also the username.
