Rob Runnells, President

rob's report

Hard to believe 2023 is coming to an end. One more month and we wrap up a challenging and interesting 2023!

We finished the month with 146 funded loans for $36.5 M, a slight decrease from our October tally. Some positive notes though, future locks are at $38.1 M (up 1.5), 164 new applications (up 3) and our total pipeline stayed essentially the same. With rates starting to tick down, I sense those 200+ loan months are in the very near future! With the Holiday season in full swing, we need to get any and all loans into HQ ASAP for a smooth year end settlement. Plenty of time to start and finish a file or 50 so let's get to it!

TMSI is proud to offer the services of the Referral Desk to our hard working employees.

Earn 50 Basis Points

For Example, A $300,000 Referral Loan Would Earn You

$1,500

• For licensed Loan Officers this applies for loans sent in because you are not licensed in the subject property state.

• For non-Loan Officer employees or support staff this applies to any loan sent in.

• Huge pricing incentives (reduced rates/lender credits) on any personal mortgage loans. Due to the increased incentive, the 50 Basis point commission does not apply to personal loans.
