Current period of performance for the Adobe JELA ends September 29, 2024. Please work with your agency contract lead for renewal requirements.

Adobe advances creative ideation with the new Firefly Image 3 Model

Just one year after launching Adobe Firefly, we're thrilled to introduce our newest image generation model, Adobe Firefly Image 3 Model, with stunning advancements in photorealistic quality, styling capabilities, detail and accuracy, along with greater variety.

The new Adobe Firefly Image 3 Model — available now in beta in the Firefly web app, Adobe Photoshop, and in Adobe InDesign — brings new levels of creative expression and control to all.

End of Support Notifications:

  • With the announcement of Acrobat Pro Classic now being available on FRL, customers are encouraged to migrate from Serial Number to FRL. Acrobat Pro Serial Numbers will no longer be available post September 2024 renewal and Acrobat Pro Classic 2020 will be End of Support June 01, 2025
  • With the release of CC24 at Adobe MAX, CC22 is no longer supported. See Long Term Support Versions table below for the latest N-1 support version for Creative Cloud
  • ColdFusion 2018 end of extended support July 13, 2024
  • RoboHelp 2019 end of core support August 22, 2024
  • Adobe Products and Technical Support Periods outside of Creative Cloud available here

  • Adobe Stock: All Creative Cloud users on JELA have access to unlimited Standard Adobe Stock Assets. Check out the following page to learn how to provision FRL Creative Cloud Users with an Adobe Stock license. Learn more

Introducing the new Acrobat experience

Adobe Acrobat now has a simplified interface to help you quickly discover tools and complete your PDF tasks efficiently. Compared to your current interface, the new version is more intuitive and fluid and provides consistent experiences across all devices -- desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Support Case Reviews

The Creative Cloud and Acrobat Named Support Engineers (Blake Prowse and Michael Chavez) are eager to conduct Case Reviews with each of the JELA Agencies. This is an opportunity for you to understand and discuss existing Creative Cloud and Acrobat cases and identify trends.
