Program Updates
Procurement Questions:
Adobe JELA 4 licenses will expire on March 29, 2026. To continue using these licenses in the next option year, a renewal payment to Dell is required before this date. To receive your renewal quote from Dell, the reseller prime, please contact adobejela@federal.dell.com. Note: For Army and 4th Estate customers, Option Year configurations are often consolidated at the command or agency level. Other agencies may have decentralized renewals. If you’re unsure how your license renewal should be managed, please reach out to us at Adobe-JELA@carahsoft.com or contact Dell directly at adobejela@federal.dell.com, and we will assist you.

What do you do when you need to quickly mask people out of a video? See how Object Mask in Premiere Pro 26.0 uses AI to take the grunt work off your plate so you can focus on staying creative and telling compelling stories. Also available within FRL as an "Add On" when packaging.
End of Support Notifications:
- Adobe Products and Technical Support Periods outside of Creative Cloud available here
- Important Update: CC24 Support Ended After Adobe MAX. With the release of Creative Cloud 26 (CC26) at Adobe MAX, CC24 is now outside the primary support window, and CC25 is the current N‑1 / Long Term Support (LTS) baseline, with support presently planned through October 2026 per Adobe’s public LTS table. Adobe continues to deliver new CC26 major updates in December/January, so we recommend that customers standardize on CC25 or newer where feasible, using older LTS builds only when required by compatibility or accreditation. For the latest supported and LTS versions, always refer to Adobe’s Creative Cloud support policy page and re‑check it before key milestones.
