Progress Update
Vertical Construction is underway with framing for the first 10 homes.. The model units are complete and now have Power and Internet. Curb and Gutter has been installed throughout the project and the binder is down throughout. The final plat for lots 1-7 has been submitted. We have received building permits for the first 30 homes and the first 18 slabs have been poured. Negotiations for property management are complete. Pre-leasing to commence by the end of December and we plan to have one of the Models staged with full time leasing on site by February 1st.
