rob's report
A very positive start to 2024 for our team! 155 funded loans for $40 M (well above our budget of 125/$33.4 M) was a very impressive start to the year. Not only to did we surpass our goal for the month, but future locks were also up $1 M, applications were up 7 (154 compared to December 147) and our total pipeline of 446 and $139.2 M was a slight increase over December as well.
Our business plan for February is 145 loans for $38.5 M. We still have time to get a few new applications to the settlement table! Thank you once again for the strong start to 2024!

NATALIE DOHENY
Set Up Team, Virginia Beach, VA
Natalie Doheny was born in Portsmouth, VA, as the eldest of three siblings. She proudly serves as an aunt to her nephew and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her niece.
In 2001, she graduated from high school, where she actively participated in various sports such as volleyball, basketball, and softball.
Her professional journey began with a 15-year tenure at Channel 13. Starting as a Tape Operator, Natalie recorded programs like Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy, prepared them for airing, and managed video playback during newscasts and storm coverage. Over time, she ascended to the position of Senior Master Control Operator, ensuring seamless broadcasting of all shows.
Natalie has cultivated numerous hobbies over the years. She has been crocheting for nearly two decades and can craft almost anything except clothes. Additionally, she enjoys quilting, cross-stitching/embroidering, jewelry making, and photography. During the COVID shutdown, she crafted nearly 1,000 masks for those in need and knitted around 50 hats for nurses, distributing them as far as Pennsylvania.
Formerly, Natalie operated a business called CraftyNat and intends to revive it alongside her photography venture.
As a published author, Natalie's fiction book series, "The 7 Orbs," has released its first installment, with the second and third books pending publication.
Cooking is another passion of Natalie's, where she creates homemade jams, heatless and hot salsas from homegrown peppers, and cinnamon pickles. She particularly enjoys baking during the fall season.
Recently married to her best friend, Michael Doheny, Natalie has explored various destinations around the state, including caverns, zoos, whale and dolphin watching tours, wineries, and theatrical productions. Michael serves as her salsa taste tester and staunch supporter of all her hobbies. The couple eagerly anticipates planning their honeymoon soon.
